Sammy Martinez

Sammy is a second grade teaching intern at Sardis Enrichment School. Sammy is a senior who has a career goal of being an educator. 

 

Sammy is also involved in the graphic arts program and the band.

 

Sammy’s mentors state, “Sammy is a valuable asset to our team. She is self-motivated, compassionate and reliable. Sammy will make a great educator one day if that is the path she continues on. ”

Isaac participated in Summer WBL at the Meat Science Center & is a current WBL student.   You can tell he enjoys learning about Agriculture and Meat Science.  He is always willing to learn more about the meat science and always has a great attitude!

Sadie is a dedicated second-year WBL student who continues to set an outstanding example both in the classroom and in the community. Sadie works at Royal Lakes golf Course where she demonstrates professionalism, responsibility and a strong work ethic. 

In addition to her workplace success, she is a pound member of the Varsity Cheer & Golf teams, balancing her athletic and academic commitments with excellence. Her leadership, commitment and character make her a shining example of what it means to be a Falcon.

Yuriel Ortiz is a SENIOR, graduating in December of 2025.  

He has explored various career paths while at LCCA including  Electrical Dual Enrollment classes through Lanier Technical College. When discussing career goals, Yuriel mentioned Finance.  Through WBL he was able to start an internship with Delta Community Credit Union and is thriving in this position. 

 

Yuriel is well on his way to a career in finance!  #WBLWORKS

Coda Martin

Coda is a senior at North Hall High School.  He has completed the Welding and Machining Operations pathways. 

 

After graduation, Coda plans to pursue a career in either industrial maintenance or automotive.  He is receiving excellent training on the job at Kubota where he recently celebrated his one year work anniversary.

Kaleah Cruz

Kaleah is a senior who has completed the healthcare science pathway in the area of patient care fundamentals. Kaleah is also an Advance Placement student and a member of the CHS band. Kaleah interns with Northeast Georgia Health System as a nursing intern. Currently, Kaleah’s rotation has her working in the Emergency Department.

 

Kaleah states, “I see something new every day; I really enjoy it.” Her mentor states, “We love it when she is here. She is a big help.” Kaleah plans are to continue seeking a career in this area upon graduation!

Abril is a 3rd year WBL student. She is an amazing worker and has been an exemplary WBL student. Abril’s supervisors say she is dedicated and hardworking.

Abril completed the construction pathway and plans to pursue a career in radiology.
